Helle is an action woman – not only when she rides off-piste on her skis or mountain bike but equally as much in her work. With her 11 years of early-stage investment experience, she has seen her share of pitch decks and bumpy startup journeys – experiences she is happy to share with all her portfolio companies to help them hit the ground running and continue evolving.Helle is your supporter in good times and hard times and will do everything in her power to clear the way for founders, so they can focus hard on their purpose.

Alexander is all about the humans behind startups. He's fascinated by founders wanting to go from 0-1, only to decide to go from 1-10 and then back to 6, before going through the roof. To him, it's all about the courage and energy it takes - not least when the vision is quite a moonshot – maybe due to his engineering background. He loves being on the sidelines listening, assessing, supporting and joining in on the journey. Alex is the guy you want on your team through the good stuff, the bad stuff and the weird stuff.

Christel is a move-fast-and-break-things kind of woman, so we guess that’s where her love for startups – and Italian race cars – comes from. She would probably even sacrifice her own car if it could help a startup make it through troubling times, which is exactly the kind of person Christel is. The one who’ll go above and beyond to support the people around her. It’s the same care she puts into nurturing the ecosystem for startups. If Christel can give people a strong launchpad to become an entrepreneur, her job is done.

Richard enjoys every second of having front row tickets to technologies emerging – and dusty industries falling. Yet he doesn’t just sit back and enjoy the show. Thanks to his ability to navigate complexities and 12 years of investment experience he can dissect just about any business model, idea, market, and trend – for better and worse. Richard is the kind of guy that leaves no stone unturned and happily juggles quite a few of them. He has kept the nerdy mindset from a past career in engineering and combines it with the curiosity of an artistic soul.Richard is your straight-forward wingman, who’ll always serve the truth on the rocks, but never leaves you hanging

Sebastian is not your ordinary VC guy. When it comes to building tech companies his insights are as exceptional as the length of his name (it would never fit a standard business card, good thing we don’t carry those anymore). In 2016 Sebastian found a missing link in the chain between the hospitality businesses in need of flexible staff and job-seeking youngsters. So he and a friend decided to fix it. They founded the startup Chabber and somehow, they managed to become among the last 500 out of 10,000 startups to stand at the doorstep to join the world-famous accelerator program Y-Combinator in California. Not long after, the paths of PSV and Sebastian crossed for the first time. We invested in Chabber and while the venture journey never quite took off, we couldn’t shake the tall guy with the orange app out of our heads - and luckily we stuck in his too; fast forward to seven years later where Sebastian joined our investment team. The circle is complete! So Sebastian is your guy, if you’re a founder looking for an investor who has been in your shoes. Under his Patagonia vest he knows what product/market-fit really looks like and understands that creating a hockey-stick curve is built through a journey that is everything but linear.

Christian is just about as good at analysing startups from head-to-toe as he is with a football. And that’s pretty damn good. As part of our Investment Team, he knows how to ask all the right questions to spot the most badass people and startups. If you need a ride-or-die partner-in-crime, he’s the one to call.
